All our packages includes website maintenance and management. If you need more time monthly, simply upgrade your subscription and add more time to your monthly support retainer as required. Again we’ll manage everything related to your website for you on your behalf… just email us your requirements, we’ll schedule the work to be completed. Why only one hosting package?
In order to provide you with a hassle-free experience, we have assembled one scalable hosting package that includes all of the functions your online business requires. By default, you’ll start with a 10GB account. Additional resources will be charged at R10 per extra 1 GB monthly on your account.
What if I need a bigger hosting plan?
As mentioned above, our hosting plan is scalable, and you can upgrade / increase your plan anytime according to your requirements.

What is SSD disk space?
SSD (Solid State Drive) is a newer generation of storage 100x faster than traditional HDD (Hard-Disk Drive) storage, because it doen’t use spinning platters anymore.

Are there any bandwidth limits or throtling?
There are no bandwidth limits, you can have an unlimited amount of visitors to your website. (There are unfair use policies to adhere to, so throttling can be applied)

Which maintenance agreement is for me?
Our website packages by default come with maintenance plans included that should cover the most basic needs to keep your website up to date and working efficiently, with monthly reports. If you need more time to manage your website or need additional maintenance services, there are larger maintenance & management plans available. DEFAULT Level 1 is best to start.
